"Elizabeth" provided BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
After sitting in their waiting room for 3 hours, i asked how much longer my wait would be and was given a scripted response which ultimately ended with her stating "we told you up front 4-6 hours". I disagreed and told her no, I was told it would be three hours. She made a smart remark and walked away without providing anymore info. She then proceeded to rudely interject herself into a discussion i was having with another staff member. After asking her not to speak with me due t our previous encounter she became upset and began attempting to pick a fight with me. She continuously interrupted the young lady i was speaking with and would not let her speak. I continuously expressed how unprofessional she was being by speaking to me in the manner that she did and she became even more antagonistic. It took several attempts for other staff members to get her to stop before i decided to walk out.
