Most of these reviews for ""Northland Auto Body"" after December 2011 are more than likely ""friends"" or ""Bobby"" trying to make himself look better than what you will really receive from this business. I would refer to it as an ""auto body repair"" business, but honestly I think you're taking a chance on repairs there. Northland Auto Body unfortunately no longer exists. Good Times though is just down the road where you can expect quality repairs and deal with honest individuals with a conscience. more

My family always took our cars to Northland and knew the quality to expect from them. After hearing Bobby Andretti was the new owner we knew the quality and professional work would be done with him as well.....and we were not disappointed. The workmanship was quality all the way!!! Never would I or a member of my family take our cars to any other business. I give them a thumbs up all the way. more

THIS PLACE IS NOT THE SAME ANYMORE! My family has taken all of our cars here to be fixed by an amazing crew that USED TO BE THERE. John, Bobby, and Darla became like family to us after all their help and generosity with all of our car troubles. They were reliable and consistantly amazing. The last time I had my car towed there I spent three days trying to find out what was going on with my car just to be degraded by a man saying he was the new owner of the company named DJ and after heated conversation I requested to have my car moved seeing as how they couldn't tell me anything. I was expecting a phone call giving me an estimate and to come sign paperwork to approve my repairs. However on the third day I was told by a very unprofessional DJ that my car had already been torn apart without my consent (can you say illegal) and I would have to pay to get it towed to another place. I have never talked to such a rude staff and completely unprofessional company. After a little research to find another body shop and discussed my distaste for Northland I was informed that John had passed away and this new guy DJ had run off the best body shop crew that John had and that place was a scam and rip of now due to the new owners. How sad to see such a wonderful company turn so bad so quickly. I would highly recommend that no one ever deal with this DJ guy and the lady that answers the phones if they expect good service. more

I recently had a run in with a deer and really messed up the front end of my car! Called my insurance company and asked them if they could refer a good auto body shop close by and they said Northland Auto Body, HANDS DOWN!! The customer service was great...they are willing to go above and beyond to help you out! I also had my young son with me and he was able to keep occupied in the office with crayons and coloring books. As I was waiting for my car to be unloaded, one of the guys in the office stopped what he was doing (it was obvious he was very busy) and took me home in his vehicle. I would recommend this company to ANYONE!! Thanks guys! more

THIS IS NOT SOMETHING IM PROUD ABOUT BUT THIS IS MY THIRD TIME I HAVE BROUGHT MY CAR TO NORTHLAND AUTO BODY AND ALL THREE TIMES I'VE BEEN AT FAULT... THEY HAVE BEEN BY FAR THE BEST TO WORK WITH AND THE BEST WORK THAT I HAVE EVER HAD DONE ON ANY OF MY VEHICLES... THE PEOPLE DOWN THERE ARE GREAT AND ITS ALWAYS THE SAME PEOPLE EVERYTIME.. My car was recently towed from a shopping center to this location, and upon attempting to retrieve it, I came across the most inconsiderate, rude, and greedy people I have ever met. I was charged for two full days, although my car had been there for less than twenty-four hours. [In fact. less than 12 hours.] My car was between a broken down dirty pick-up truck and a completely demolished rusty corvette. My battery was dead, and the driver's seat was soaked as they had rolled the window down. When I tried to jump my car, I was told that I couldn't do ""personal"" work on my car while it was still on their property; and if I wanted to get my car started, she would have to call another driver out to bring their jumper cables, which would then cost me more money then they had already charged me. Since I refused to give those greedy jerks any more money, I had to push my car out of their lot and jump start it on the other side of the fence. I'm surprised this place is still in business. Pros: none. Cons: everything. more

THIS IS NOW MY THIRD TIME TO NORTHLAND AUTO BODY AND IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER. I HAVE HAD ALL RANGES OF VEHICLES FIXED, FROM MY WORK TRUCK MY WIFE BACKED INTO TO MY WIFE'S CAR THAT BACKED INTO MY WORK TRUCK, AND WHAT TOPS ALL OF THIS WAS MY 71 CHEVELLE SS THAT WAS SIDE SWIPED SITTING IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. I CALLED NORTHLAND AUTO BODY THAT MONDAY AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPEN AND THAT MONEY WAS NOT AN ISSUE I JUST WANTED MY CAR TO LOOK LIKE IT DID. AS MOST OTHER BODY SHOPS WOULD OF TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME WHEN I SAID MONEY WAS NOT AN ISSUE, JOHN ADAMSON, THE OWNER OF NORTHLAND AUTO BODY, WAS SO FAIR WITH HIS PRICING AND THE JOB THAT HE DID I EVEN TRIED TO TIP HIM BUT HE WOULDN'T ACCEPT IT. I was involved in a wreck. Northland Auto towed my vehicle to their shop. I didn't want them to do the body work. I simply wanted the car mechanically sound to drive. They kept my vehicle for more than a month while I paid for a rental car under the premise that my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I had a difficult time getting them to return my calls to tell me what exactly was wrong with the car. They put me off for weeks and when I got angry they told me I can just come pick it up if I pay $800 in storage. Cons: Terrible customer service, holding cars hostage, trying to beat people out of insurance money more

my truck was brought in after a acident and i was delt with in a fantastic manner, they, expecially bobby andretti treated me with respect and gave me the impression that my satisfaction was very important to them. more
