I was involved in a wreck. Northland Auto towed my vehicle to their shop. I didn't want them to do the body work. I simply wanted the car mechanically sound to drive. They kept my vehicle for more than a month while I paid for a rental car under the premise that my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I had a difficult time getting them to return my calls to tell me what exactly was wrong with the car. They put me off for weeks and when I got angry they told me I can just come pick it up if I pay $800 in storage.
Cons: Terrible customer service, holding cars hostage, trying to beat people out of insurance money
