Sold me 4 tires that wore out in 23,000 miles, I mean completely bald with a broken belt! They offered me a $20 "goodwill" credit toward four new tires. The guy tried to tell me he was only making $12 per tire. Went to another tire store, found out I was lied to by Northfield Tire (the tires I had purchased were rated MUCH lower than I had been told) and bought four better tires for $110 less than I was originally charged!\r Additionally they once charged me $288 for a break line replacement that looked like a monkey did it.\r Poor quality, dishonest practices. BEWARE!!! more

we3ll took my car to get new tires , called and ordered a H rated tire , they installed a Trated and said tehre just as good - no they are not and they cost less. My bill said H so I made them get me the right tires. Yes maybe a mistake but to me mentioning they are just as good I say NO. Then I went back for my free rotation, They said I needed alignment I said OK. -Then he comes out to the showroom wanting me to come back to look at something. He showed me a few part saying they need replaced , I said I just replaced the parts he is taking about , He called me a liar and that the parts need replaced and gave me a price of 900 which would have been over 4 times what a dealer would have charged me and with junk parts. . I said no and he basically kicked me out. I would never go back other then to show him the parts list i replaced.\r Yes its hard times out there but still look for honesty more

I have been going here for 15 years and they are great you don't have to wait they get you in and out quickly. They have an excellent technician team. They are a honest company. The location is good. There prices are fair and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I highly recommened them. PROS: honest CONS: more

I've been taking my car here for over 20 years. I always feel safe taking my car here for repairs. They don't tell you need more work done than you need to. PROS: convenient location CONS: none more
