we3ll took my car to get new tires , called and ordered a H rated tire , they installed a Trated and said tehre just as good - no they are not and they cost less. My bill said H so I made them get me the right tires. Yes maybe a mistake but to me mentioning they are just as good I say NO. Then I went back for my free rotation, They said I needed alignment I said OK. -Then he comes out to the showroom wanting me to come back to look at something. He showed me a few part saying they need replaced , I said I just replaced the parts he is taking about , He called me a liar and that the parts need replaced and gave me a price of 900 which would have been over 4 times what a dealer would have charged me and with junk parts. . I said no and he basically kicked me out. I would never go back other then to show him the parts list i replaced.\r
Yes its hard times out there but still look for honesty
