Waited all day with no appointment eta except anytime between noon and 6pm to get a 20 something year old show up and quote me over $800 just to replace a water valve in my nicecr...

Yearly water plumbing and water heater maitenance 12/18/17 1/17/2018

Aaron was great! He checked every bit of plumbing and gave advice on a few issues we needed to deal with. He also did our yearly flushing of our tankless water heaters. Thank you for the excellent service! more

Plumbing inspection on old house 1/11/2018

This experience was fantastic! I was called ahead of time and knew when to leave work to meet Aaron. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I knew we had a few issues, he addressed them and gave us a fair quote to do the work. I have had nothing but great, professional service from all Northern Comfort Systems. more

Winter - regular check up service 1/9/2018

Michael was very professional and pleasant technician. He clearly explained the various service checks he intended to perform, the results, and the conclusions. He also provided information on other products and services that were available but did so in an informative way and without high pressure. All in all, I'd give him a ten/ten score more

Frrrrroooozen Pipes 1/5/2018

Our office came in on Tuesday to no water which meant no toilets and NO COFFEE! Aaron arrived on time and quickly determined the location and extent of the frozen pipe which was the main line coming onto the building. The pipe was thawed as quickly as possible to restore service. Aaron was professional and personable. The bill was the same as what was estimated which we appreciated and respected. Thanks Aaron more

Boiler/Heat Help 1/5/2018

Giianee and Jordan came out to service our boiler, fix some radiators that weren't working, and gave us some all around knowledge of our system and how it works. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as it should be. Would highly recommend them to anyone!! more

Helpful quick service 1/3/2018

We are having the very cold snap and we had concerns about our furnace. Better safe than sorry we called northern. Debbie was very pleasant and helpful as always. Micheal was the technician who came to check our furnace. He had been here before. He was efficient professional and courteous. He parked a house away because he saw the city trash truck coming and didn’t want to be in their way. He assessed the problem and made some suggestions that didn’t involve Northern. Fixing something . I appreciate that his goal was to solve my problem and if there wasn’t anything he could do he did give me other options. I have ordered a quartz room heater and we are good to go. Northern always seems comfortable with old houses and their quirks . I feel like I am so much better educated about how my furnace works....another professional satisfactory visit by Northern comfort systems. more

Water Heater 1/1/2018

Aaron A came to service our water heater, during the routine inspection we described an issue of losing hot water quickly. After evaluating our hot water heater, Aaron diagnosed a couple of potential issues. He provided us three options on how to resolve the issues with different price points. Aaron was not pushy and gave us his expert advice. Aaron was very diligent arriving at the designated time, professional, and cleaned the area when finished with the repair. The hot water pressure and temperature are greatly improved following his repairs. Very pleased with the service we received. more

I am on the Northern Comfort Systems annual inspection program for my HVAC system and my water heater. First its great because they keep me on track, something that I would not be very good at, and would probably let slide. The office staff is courteous and great in general. Today I had Joe P do the work on my water heater. He noted that my water softener was not attached and old. Living in an old house in our neighborhood, we knew we could benefit from a water softener just didn't know where to start. Joe was helpful, informative, not pushy just giving me my options. I ended up having him put in our water softener unit. He was professional, efficient and he carried all the bulky stuff up and down my basement stairs pleasantly. All of the Northern people have been very informative and good with explanations and Joe was no exception. I cannot say that I compared prices but I know I got a quality product and trust the people behind the installation. Thank you more
