We are having the very cold snap and we had concerns about our furnace. Better safe than sorry we called northern. Debbie was very pleasant and helpful as always. Micheal was the technician who came to check our furnace. He had been here before. He was efficient professional and courteous. He parked a house away because he saw the city trash truck coming and didn’t want to be in their way. He assessed the problem and made some suggestions that didn’t involve Northern. Fixing something . I appreciate that his goal was to solve my problem and if there wasn’t anything he could do he did give me other options. I have ordered a quartz room heater and we are good to go. Northern always seems comfortable with old houses and their quirks . I feel like I am so much better educated about how my furnace works....another professional satisfactory visit by Northern comfort systems.
