The scheduling was awesome--called back as promised and scheduled asap. The tech, Rodney, arrived when promised, was pleasant and went right to work. However, I had explained the problem over the phone, and I expected him to have the parts (he had to go buy them) and that I had a maintenance agreement. the work was done to my satisfaction within a couple hours. So, I had easy scheduling, professional service, and good quality work. However, I paid through the nose for it. This toilet repair cost over $600.00--that's two weeks pay for me. No mention of cost till the job was nearly done. No itemized receipt--just one for "toilet repair". So in the future, I;ll have to settle for less and pay way less. more

Aaron was very polite and answered all our questions. He showed up on time and was very careful with our property taking care not to track in snow and the like. He carefully cleaned up the trash and debris from the work and removed it from our property. Aaron also took the time to explain our options and when the work was complete told us what we needed to know as follow up to the installation. . more

Aaron came to my house to look at a faucet that was not running very well. He was able to restore normal water flow and in the process discovered I had a broken water softener. He confirmed this by checking the other faucets, toilet tanks and water softener itself. He advised me on how to check if the water softener, which was installed by another company, was still under warranty. He also checked my sump pump to ensure it was running properly. Johnnie T. came to the rescue today. Our furnace went out at 11 at night and the temperature outside was around zero. My husband left a message with Northern Comfort Systems and a few other places. Michael was the first one to return the call in the morning, and came and did an inspection about an hour later. Unfortunately it was determined that our Furnace needed replaced due to safety reasons. I feared that it would take days. But Johnnie was available to install the new furnace immediately. He was super courteous, kind and thorough with the installation. He froze his butt off in my basement for hours and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Only a few short hours later the house had heat again. And as a plus, he made sure to wipe his feet off every time he had to go out and come back into the house, and he did one hell of a job cleaning up all of the mess from the work. My husband and I have 3 kids and my husband was leaving for a business trip the next day. So when I say that he came to the rescue, I sincerely mean it! I honestly cannot thank him enough, so I will just submit this review. Great people, I highly recommend you give them a call first. more

We have been working with Northern Comfort Systems for the last 4 years.They have repaired my boiler, installed a new air conditioner and fixed numerous plumbing issues. I have always been impressed with their level of service and their honesty in how they treat their customers. Aaron is no exception.
