Impeccable Service 12/6/2007

I'm writing conerning the moving services NorthStar performed for me on Novemeber 6, 2007. I was very pleased with the services NorthStar provided and especially pleased with the 3-man work crew that performed the move. The three men were very professional and got to work immediately upon arriving at my home. I've dealt with eight moving companies in five years and this was by far the easiest and best move of them all. I will definetly use NorthStar's services again if the need arises. I would like to pass along my gratitude for a job well done to the men who performed the work. more

Move from LA 12/4/2007

The movers from NorthStar were fast, efficient, and worked very very hard. They kept up a sense of humor during it all, and were easy to work with. We have experience with movers, having used a different company the last time, and we are quite impressed with the work done by the NorthStar. more

Satisfied Customer 11/30/2007

On November 13th, NorthStar Moving moved me from Vallejo to Larkspur. The movers were wonderful. They did everything to make it an efficient move and even helped me decide where to put the furniture. They even moved a heavy piece to another spot when I changed my mind. They are Great!! more

The best moving company in los angeles! 11/28/2007

This was not the first time I used NorthStar Moving.\r \r I used this moving company a few times in the past, and they always came thru for me in a big way.\r \r It is very refreshing in this day and age to see a company that is so excellent at what they do, and is so concerned with their customer needs and feedback. \r \r The people on the phone are always very nice at NorthStar. They always truly listen to my needs, and then come up with the best moving solutions.\r \r They provided me with their moving services from one place to another in Los Angeles, and then they moved me from Los Angeles to West Lake Village.\r \r The guys that actually show up on the moving truck on the day of the move are always great. They are enthusiastic and always are professional and nice to deal with.\r \r NorthStar Moving is the best moving company in Los Angeles! I will always use them for any move I will ever have, and I will recommend them to anyone that needs a moving company.\r more

Very Satisfied with NorthStar's Service 11/21/2007

I would like to thank NorthStar moving for our recently completed successful and stress-free move. Our experience with NorthStar met our high expectations. Since a colleague of mine recommended them, we were alreayd expecting superior service. We were not disappointed! The positive impressions started when Sam came to give us an estimate. He was very professional and courteous. The effort displayed by Joe, Alon, Dan and Yohai during the loading and unloading of the moving van on October 20, was outstanding. They were careful, but fast and took pains to protect our home and its contents. I was particularly impressed with the skill they all displayed while moving the heavy piano into our new home. We appreciated their service and would have no hesitation in recommending NorthStar Moving to our friends. more

Move Went Well 11/6/2007

My wife and I would like to thank Ram and the whole NorthStar organization for a very efficient and professional move on October 1 of this year. Everything from the estimate by Mr. Sam to the actual move by Nick and Jose was conducted with utmost courtesy and expediency. Mr. Sam completed his estimate immediately and on the spot. The two movers placed and moved furniture in my third floor apartment until I was satisfied, all with quiet patience and courtesy. We plan to move to our new permanent home in Northern California, near Sacrament later this year. And, you may be assured that NorthStar will receive the call to move us. more

Fabulous Moving Experience 10/30/2007

Northstar Moving Company moved our family about a month ago. The four gentlemen that moved us were prompt, courteous, extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with them and with NorthStar Moving Company. Since our things were put in storage in anticipation of a move to a permanent residence within the next few months, my wife and I will definitely call NorthStar to move u again. more

Painless move 10/8/2007

I just wanted people to know how happy I was with Northstar Moving staff. Bell quickly and clearly set up the move and explained all of the contractual details. The four young men who came to pack and load the boxes in California were a joy to work with. They were extremely courteous, friendly, efficient and careful. They explained everything and made sure i knew where small pieces were located. I would definitely recommend Northstar Moving Company to a friend. Thanks for a painless move more

Best Moving Company 10/4/2007

When Omri and his helper delivered the furniture in Washington, DC, they could not do enough to make sure that each item was positioned where I wanted it and that I was satisfied with their work. And they finished the unloading in less than two hours. Finally, I was most pleasantly surprised by the cost of this move. With the quality of their moving services, I expected to pay much more than I did! I wish Northstar had an affiliate in Washington, DC for local moves since I expect to move locally again next year. I know that my future moving companies will never meet the customer service standards set by Northstar Moving Corporation since Northstar is the Best!!! Pros: courteous movers Cons: none at all more

my husband and i could not be more pleased with our recent move. the reason for this is because of the professionalism and efficiency of everyone in NORTHSTAR.\r all start with the represtative that was very helpful and polite, his name is Ted.\r When the movers arrived we were pleasantly surprised, they were careful, courteous, quick, nice and so so efficient! they were very professional from the moment they arrived until they left at the new house. They explained everything to us at each step, and answered any questions we had. Thet worked quickly, and ended up taking less time for the move than we had anticipated.\r Our belongings were delivered, as promised, in the condition they left. Impressive Service 9/20/2007

first time using a moving company.......... 9/11/2007

I wanted to drop a note to thank NorthStar for the wonderful job they did in moving me. This was the first time I have ever used a moving company and what a pleasant surprise it was. Because of the delay in getting my notifications from our Homeowner's Association regarding the date I was required to move and from the construction company regarding the move back date, I realized that I was rushing them to do everything from estimates to scheduling the move date, out as well as back into my home. NorthStar's flexibility and extra efforts on my behalf were much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending NorthStar to any of my friends and neighbors. more

Positive Move 9/11/2007

When I initially phoned for a quote, I spole to a representative named Aron. He was courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. Due to unforseen circumstances, the move date had to be rescheduled. Again, I called Aron and he confirmed there would be no problem. The day prior to the actual move I received a call from NorthStar to ensure we were on the same schedule. I appreciated the extra care immensely. The day of the move two of NorthStar's men arrived right on time and ready to work. Those two men were fast, polite, professional, and very careful. They never slowed down and took great care with our items. I will definitely recommend NorthStar to any person that finds they need to move. They surely made a stressful situation as easy to deal with as humanly possible. more

Moved Locally 9/6/2007

Recently, about 10 days ago on Saturday, my husband Martin and I hired NorthStar to help us move to our new apartment in Valencia. The movers (two men & a truck) were scheduled to arrive at our previous residence at 8:00 a.m. I am pleased to say that they arrived promptly at eight o'clock. Further more, the gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly ad fast. They handled all of our furniture with great care, especially the piano which was my main concern and they even delivered all of my fragile plants with personal care. From the start, they were extremely helpful to me on the telephone and to the finish, they were extremely helpful with our move. It made everything so much easier and my husband and I were greatly relieved that we chose NorthStar over any of the others. The professionalism and friendly customer service that we received from NorthStar was far more important to us than the rates, which were also great. Because of our gratitude in NorthStar and its service, I am referring them to someone who is in need of a mover, and in the future, I will continue to refer NorthStar as well as choose them again when it is time for us to move. In all, I would like to express a big huge THANK YOU on behalf of my husband and myself. I wish Northstar the best in the business. Pros: overall great moving company more

They Made My Move Easy 9/4/2007

Smooth Move 8/31/2007

It is with great pleasure that I write this review regarding NorthStar's assistance on our recent move. Although short in distance, our moving requirements were, I am sure, as demanding as they get. Heavy furniture, challenging portals, hoisting, boosting, passing, and packaging: Northstar's crew did it all. Our belongings were delivered, as promised, in the condition they left. And, to top it off, NorthStar accomplished this feat with minimal direction, on time and on budge, while I was stuck at work all day and my wife juggled our young daughter's schedule as well as all of the last minute packing. I want to thank Northstar's crew for all of their help. I would also like to mention that Sam, our estimator was meticulous and accurate. Accuracy can only be measured with comparable estimates, which we obtained, and we felt confident the quoted price was fair. My wife would also like to me to mention Ram, who coordinated the move, and in her words, was ""impressive."" I know everyone's move is different. Moving in Southern California 8/29/2007

The purpose of this letter is to congradulate NorthStar and the wonderful employees we had the privilege of working with during our recent move from Studio City to Coto de Caza. I have moved all over the United State over a period of 25 years, and this company by far is the most outstanding company I have worked with. I want to take this opportunity to thank Northstar for the professional and delightful service we received on the coordination, packing, loading, and unloading of our property to our new home. From the beginning when Sam, the onsite estimator, came to give me an estimate, I knew Northstar was the one I would select.
