Professional 3/28/2011

Stopped in to look at cars and was impressed with the service and car line up. I've bought a few cars from this location and never had any problems. The sales team is always professional and legit. Actually, the only reason I come here is for the shark tank in the middle of the lobby. That deserves 5-starts by itself! more

good experience 3/24/2011

i had a prettay good experience here. i already picked out what i wanted online. i sent them my info to do some credit screening. i came in and test drove . sat down and worked out the deal. i honestly dont know anything about negotiating car deals because this is my first real car purchase. they lowered the price for me and we got it all worked out to a nice affordable package with warranty and everything. i got a call a few days later and they lowered to price even more. prettay sweet. more

really impressed 3/7/2011

I was impressed at the follow up that Toyota of North Hollywood exhibited. They really wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and that everything was going well. I felt as if they were still looking out for me even after I had made my purchase. I find that level of customer service rare and I am really impressed with everyone I met there and have spoken to since. more

Good Energy 3/1/2011

I liked the friendliness of the dealers. It did not seem like a show, they just seem like nice people. The popcorn made the purchase process for my daughters enjoyable. They were just as excited to sell us the car as we were which was fantastic. Good energy. Now we are extremely happy with our Prius. Best car ever. more

Appreciate the Attention 1/5/2011

I love how after my purchase the sales associate and other relations personnel contacted me to see how I was doing with my new car. I appreciate the attention. They both sounded happy that I was a customer. And the thank you card detail was a very nice touch! I love how the sales associate took the time to actually write down a thank you card for me more

As soon as we sat in the Corolla, we knew it was the car for us. It looked and drove just great. The person who took us around the dealership and on test drives was named Albert Clark and he could not have done a better job. He explained the differences between the cars we drove and was a pleasure to be around. He didn't rush or pressure us. Great rep for Toyota. We made an appointment to have Lo Jack installed and it went without a hitch. In fact, it was installed over 3 hours faster than we thought it would be more

Very nice place 10/5/2010

'm writing this as I wait for my car. I took it in for routine maintenance and the service writer was friendly. This establishment is dog friendly and they have free donuts and coffee. The waiting area is very posh and comfortable; this was especially with the AC running since it's probably over 100 degrees outside. The time is going by pretty quickly because I'm occupied watching the large snazzy flat screen TV. OK back to my show. Khloe and Kourtney take Miami. more

“Charles (Belton) is a very likable guy who actually seems to care about his customers, as appose to doing something just becasue it's his job. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He even set up a service for my mom's RAV4! David (Finance Manager) was awesome! Very nice and made a scary boring process nice and even fun. I have already told a couple of people that if they are going to purchase a car to go to Charles at North Hollywood Toyota. more

honest and kind services. 9/2/2010

There was no push or pressure as to what I should get. When we were looking at the cars they were all clean and the lot was comfortably filled with just the perfect amount of cars to look at. The car I wanted was right there and not in some little dark corner where the cheaper cars sit. I left very, very happy with the price of the car and that all of my questions got answered with care. Sedrick (Sedaba, Finance Manager) was awesome. He felt he really understood my concerns (media invoked) and addressed them thoroughly. I feel totally safe in my car and I really enjoy driving it. My sales guy (Tamer Kassem) really presented my shiny new clean car as mine which is really nice. It was very clean. I'm still enjoying the new car smell every time I get in it. The Manager, Sales Guy and Sedrick making sure all the questions and concerns were truly answered. No one had attitude. I totally think any one can come to this Toyota shop and get treated really well with honest and kind services.” more
