I was impressed at the follow up that Toyota of North Hollywood exhibited. They really wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and that everything was going well. I felt as if they were still looking out for me even after I had made my purchase. I find that level of customer service rare and I am really impressed with everyone I met there and have spoken to since.
