“Charles (Belton) is a very likable guy who actually seems to care about his customers, as appose to doing something just becasue it's his job. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He even set up a service for my mom's RAV4! David (Finance Manager) was awesome! Very nice and made a scary boring process nice and even fun. I have already told a couple of people that if they are going to purchase a car to go to Charles at North Hollywood Toyota.
