I had a recent experience with Subaru service that I would consider above and beyond. I was having a major service done that required me to have a service loaner. Upon checking in the service person helping me noticed that my drivers license had expired.I thought to myself that goes another day waiting in line at the rmv when JJ asked if me If I had a few moments. He than began to renew my drivers license online.I had no idea that this could be done.within 15 minutes my license was renewed and I was leaving with the loaner as planned.....Thank you again J.J for your help.past.present and future. more

The guys at north end mazda service go out of their way everytime i bring my vehicle in for service. The two steve's are great and keep me well informed about what is usually needed for my vehicle .They don't try to sell me things i don't need which is very comforting. I'ts too bad my friends don't own mazda's cause they would love the service here. more

North End made the car buying experience relaxing and reassuring. Shawn was a great person to work with and had a look about him that said you don't have to worry I'm here to help. I felt more like he was trying to help me get into a better car rather than selling me a car. I had an all but broken down car and a couple thousand bucks with terrible beyond terrible credit. Everywhere I went I got the same answer sorry cant help you. Whether it was a small used car dealership or a large dealership it seemed impossible to get a new car anywhere. North End not only found a way to get me financed but even gave me a good deal on my trade! Now I am driving a nice 07 Civic and I absolutely love it! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone regardless of your credit with the right amount of money down they will get you into the right car. more
