I had a recent experience with Subaru service that I would consider above and beyond. I was having a major service done that required me to have a service loaner. Upon checking in the service person helping me noticed that my drivers license had expired.I thought to myself that goes another day waiting in line at the rmv when JJ asked if me If I had a few moments. He than began to renew my drivers license online.I had no idea that this could be done.within 15 minutes my license was renewed and I was leaving with the loaner as planned.....Thank you again J.J for your help.past.present and future.
