Review content:
The doctor was excellent. My daughter had a procedure - no problems. I had a procedure for which I paid upfront. I waited patiently for the insurance to kick in and do their part, which it did and I was owed a refund. My son was to have a procedure, I suggested we just transfer the balance for his work. I was told it would be easier to just give me a refund. Right after my son had his procedure my employer switched dental insurers. There have been delays in processing the claim, now NCO & F has sent my account to collections. It has only been 8 months since the procedure - I been to the office twice now to try to get the information to the insurance company. I am not a deadbeat, I have not been working on this. I feel a total lack of loyalty to a good patient.
Pros: Great doctor
Cons: No patient loyalty
