North Bay Moving deserves 5 stars. They are storing things for me now but they were excellent in the moving process. I was really impressed, I have moved a bunch of time and had some tricky movers but these guys were amazing, they never sat around, and wrapped everything up safely and beautiful. They were super friendly and accommodating! more

Steve and Jose called in advance, were on time, and were courteous and helpful. The furniture moved within my house was heavy, awkward, and involved two flights of stairs with angles in each. Mission accomplished. The furniture was centered on the wall and no damage was done. They finished earlier and faster than expected. A great experience! more

I have moved many times over the last 30 years. I have used several moving companies and out of all of the companies I have used, North Bay Moving has been the best. They really went the extra mile in terms of service before and even after the move. They prepared me for the move by giving me tips. Then, during the move, they were courteous and helpful. They were careful with my things. I had expensive, fragile antique furniture, and out of the huge amount of household furnishings, they only damaged one piece. It was an accident, but they got it fixed. I liked their attitude of service, their care, and their professionalism. After the move was completed, they contacted me for a follow up. I interviewed five moving companies and even during the proposal process, they were more professional and more accurate than the other. They were not the cheapest nor the highest priced. I had a great experience with this moving company and I would use them again. more

North Bay Moving has moved me three times. The first time, they moved me from Oakland to San Rafael. Two years later, they moved me from San Rafael to Novato. And, just recently, they moved me from Novato to Las Vegas in Nevada. The owner, the owner's son, and the staff, are all outstanding. They are professional, thorough, provide great customer service, and have reasonable prices. The packing and unpacking is done carefully and they have never damaged anything. They are wonderful. I highly recommend them. more

My move was in three loads over 6 months. Pick up was by North Bay, but a different franchise delivered and service varied. The last load (the largest) came by 4 men who were in a great hurry, as they had to be in Palm Springs to pick up a load that afternoon. They literally ran from the truck to the house. Much of the load was left in the garage. Perhaps moving in three parts caused the cost to escalate. The original estimate was just under $10,000 but final costs added to almost $20,000. Pick-up and packing by North American was very professionally done. I don't know who the last delivery people were, as their van was unmarked. more
