My move was in three loads over 6 months. Pick up was by North Bay, but a different franchise delivered and service varied. The last load (the largest) came by 4 men who were in a great hurry, as they had to be in Palm Springs to pick up a load that afternoon. They literally ran from the truck to the house. Much of the load was left in the garage. Perhaps moving in three parts caused the cost to escalate. The original estimate was just under $10,000 but final costs added to almost $20,000.
Pick-up and packing by North American was very professionally done. I don't know who the last delivery people were, as their van was unmarked.
