Great Company 4/20/2009

I own several rental properties and Norris Mgmt has been great at managing them. They have found renters in a short amount of time and have kept the properties occupied and the cash flow coming in for me. I would say they have been exceptional Pros: Very good company Cons: NONE!!!! more

Very Professional 4/3/2009

I am an investor and recently signed up Norris to manage my property. During escrow I contacted Norris to find out about their services and how much my property would rent for in the current market. Even though I was not signed up with Norris at the time and was only expressing interest they were very helpful and VERY straightforward. I ended up signing up with them and they found a renter in less than 10 days!!! Great company, highly recommended. Pros: Great Service more

\r I have been renting property for several years now and have switched in between landlords. Overall Norris Mgmt is pretty good. They take care of Maint issues in a timely manner and always give notice before showing up to the property. I used to have this one landlord that would just stop by all the time without giving notice and was really creepy. I just joined city search too and this is a pretty cool site. But yeah if you are looking for rentals in Casa Grande Norris is a really good place to rent from. more

Good Company 9/11/2008

Norris Management has been my property manager in AZ for 3 years now. They have always been upfront and honest in their dealings with me. I will continue to use them. I have a lot of property in California with other property management companies and they do not do as well managing it as Norris Mgmt. All the staff at Norris Mgmt are very responsive and personable. more

Great Company!!! 8/29/2008

As I read these reviews I wanted to share my experience. Too often you just hear people complain about things and people never take the time to say the good stuff. My experience with Norris Management has been awesome. They know their stuff, got a renter for my investment property in a short period of time (less than a week after signing up) and were very helpful in answering any questions I may have had. They have been great to work with and I will continue to have my property managed by them. more

Avoid -them unexplained charges and acquistion of tenants 7/15/2008

This management company is to be avoided - they do not obtain tenants unless an end of contract is threatened. They claim to do due diligence on the tenants but due to the odd/rushed manner in which they obtain their tenants, they often end up getting problem tenants that don't pay or are evicted. The company then charges heavily for ""maintenance and repairs"" with no evidence/receipts - even for empty properties. They especially seem to take advantage of owners that live out of town since they count on the owner not checking up on their ""repairs"" or driving by to ensure there is a valid and non-problematic tenant in the home. more

Inefficient. Ineffective. I had to Terminate Services. 4/13/2007

I hired Norris Management to rent out and manage my investment property in Arizona. The property remained vacant almost 4 months. I had to terminate them and surprisingly was able to get a tenant at the lst minute. They were so inefficient and ineffective. Adding insult to injury, they billed me for items that I did not authorized and some other made up charges. I really had to terminate their services to salvage what I have left. more

    Services Provided by Norris Management
    Provide Monthly Accounting
    Owners receive detailed monthly statements with current month and year to date income and expense analysis. A year-end summary along with a 1099 form is provided to each property owner for tax reporting purpose.

    Enjoying Reasonable Fees
    Norris Management offers property management services for a percentage of collected rents. If you don't get paid we don't get paid! There are no referral fees, commissions, or other hidden costs to the owner. Vacancy rates for Norris Management properties are substantially lower that the average vacancy rates for southern Arizona.

    Attracting Qualified Tenants
    Attracting tenants in the Casa Grande Valley is accomplished through a variety of marketing strategies. We advertise in local publications (newspapers, etc.) and placed signs on the property locations. Vacancies are also advertised right here on our web page.

    In addition to the above direct marketing devices we enjoy the benefits of referrals from a number of Realtors. Our other affiliations include:

    Arranging Maintenance and Repairs
    To keep maintenance costs to a minimum, Norris Management provides an in-house maintenance crew for general repairs and minor problems. If necessary, licensed contractors are retained for major repairs such as air conditioning, heating, electrical and/or plumbing. Except in an emergency, property owners are notified in advance of any repair that might exceed $200. At the time of lease signing, tenants are given an emergency maintenance phone number where we can be reached 24 hours a day.

    Collecting Rents and Deposits
    It is always our goal to collect rents in a timely manner. Tenants who have not paid their rent by the 5th of the month are sent a late notice. Generally rents are brought current by the 10th of the month. However, Norris Management will take appropriate action as necessary to evict delinquent tenants. Although evictions are rare, removal of delinquent tenants are almost always accomplished within 30 days.
