This management company is to be avoided - they do not obtain tenants unless an end of contract is threatened. They claim to do due diligence on the tenants but due to the odd/rushed manner in which they obtain their tenants, they often end up getting problem tenants that don't pay or are evicted. The company then charges heavily for ""maintenance and repairs"" with no evidence/receipts - even for empty properties. They especially seem to take advantage of owners that live out of town since they count on the owner not checking up on their ""repairs"" or driving by to ensure there is a valid and non-problematic tenant in the home.
