Norma Sue Wolfe

As I was searching for an apartment on the North Shore of the island, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Norma Sue. She was great in guiding me in purchasing my first apartment. She is a bit eccentric, but she is knowledgeable with all things on the north shore. She was patient with my constant questions and inquiries. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing a place on the north shore. I hope to work with her when it is time to sell my apartment. more

I used Norma when I purchased my coop two years ago in St George and she was an excellent person to deal with. She worked with me throughout the entire process and even educated me quite a bit in the area and the history of the area. I still see Norma around and two other friends have used her since, all with similar great experiences. She's not pushy and is very patient. She's got an old school vibe about her but it is part of what makes her who she is and a pleasure to work with. She's always responsive but keep in mind, she doesn't own a cell phone which goes back to my earlier comment of how she operates. You'll get over it since she's so responsive. I will definitely work with her again in the future and recommend if you are looking for an agent in the North Shore area to consider her. more

I grew up on Staten Island and when it was time to move out of the nest I decided to try to find a place to buy in St. George, the area by the ferry that would give me the best commute on the city to Staten Island. By chance I stumbled upon Norma Sue Wolfe, who seems to know everyone and every inch of land and apartments for sale on the north shore. She helped me find a great Co-op 3 years ago and now is helping me look for a house to expand into. I have heard some people say that Norma Sue can be overly persistent, but I say that's exactly what you want in a real estate agent! And she certainly isn't intrusive to me at all - she calls and leaves places to look at on my cell and I call her back if I'm interested in any. what more could you ask for in an agent? more
