I used Norma when I purchased my coop two years ago in St George and she was an excellent person to deal with. She worked with me throughout the entire process and even educated me quite a bit in the area and the history of the area. I still see Norma around and two other friends have used her since, all with similar great experiences. She's not pushy and is very patient. She's got an old school vibe about her but it is part of what makes her who she is and a pleasure to work with. She's always responsive but keep in mind, she doesn't own a cell phone which goes back to my earlier comment of how she operates. You'll get over it since she's so responsive. I will definitely work with her again in the future and recommend if you are looking for an agent in the North Shore area to consider her.
