I grew up on Staten Island and when it was time to move out of the nest I decided to try to find a place to buy in St. George, the area by the ferry that would give me the best commute on the city to Staten Island. By chance I stumbled upon Norma Sue Wolfe, who seems to know everyone and every inch of land and apartments for sale on the north shore. She helped me find a great Co-op 3 years ago and now is helping me look for a house to expand into. I have heard some people say that Norma Sue can be overly persistent, but I say that's exactly what you want in a real estate agent! And she certainly isn't intrusive to me at all - she calls and leaves places to look at on my cell and I call her back if I'm interested in any. what more could you ask for in an agent?
