Great experience...but 10/5/2011

Your office is very professional and competent and overall it was a good experience. The only thing that really bothered me was that I spent an entire afternoon and nothing got done at all. more

Excellent Care 10/5/2011

Chandler does not like going to the dentist and of course that is why we were at the point we were at during this last visit. The staff is always kind and considerate and I really appreciate that. I know it takes special people to do what you guys do everyday. Thank you for being patient with my little man. Thanks again for a great job. more

It's always a pleasure to go to Norge Dental Center. This is one 21st Century Clinic! Everything is state of the art... from reception to checkout. Not Your Average Dental Experience! 9/29/2011

If you want to feel pampered and special this is the place for you. Everyone does everything they can to make one feel comfortable and less nervous about procedures and take the time to explain each step of the way. The human touch is very evident and Dr. Wolfe and his staff especially are the best! more

Face it, not many folks "enjoy" a dental visit. However you couldn't ask for a more professional, friendly, and welcoming environment. From the time I was greeted until I scheduled my next appointment, I was impressed. So, while I may have viewed this event on my calendar as a lemon, I ended up enjoying an unexpected glass of lemonade. more

Dr. Johnston performed the best root canal experience I have ever had - and I have plenty to compare it to. I had no after effects and am very satisfied with the results. more

Front desk issues 9/27/2011

I thought Dr. Wolf was wonderful. I went in with pain, Dr. Wolf was very nice and I feel did an excellent job. However the front desk clerk that handled me at the end was very rude. She made me feel like I was stupid for not taking care of the problem sooner and proceeded to tell me that if I had treated this sooner I would not have to spend so much money now. She did not know my situation and instead of telling her my business I left very unhappy with her. I dont feel the receptionist should lecture people on their way out the door. The office expects payment upfront which is not always easy to do so some times we cant do everything right away, maybe she should think before talking to people the way she did me. As much as I liked Dr. Wolf that office is way more expensive than others in the Williamsburg area, I will have to go eles where next time. more

I appreciate and enjoy the norge office. Its very warm and family friendly. the dental staff is wonderful and service oriented. My only comment is the administrative staff didn't feel as warm, welcoming or up to par as the hygienists and doctor. more
