I thought Dr. Wolf was wonderful. I went in with pain, Dr. Wolf was very nice and I feel did an excellent job. However the front desk clerk that handled me at the end was very rude. She made me feel like I was stupid for not taking care of the problem sooner and proceeded to tell me that if I had treated this sooner I would not have to spend so much money now. She did not know my situation and instead of telling her my business I left very unhappy with her. I dont feel the receptionist should lecture people on their way out the door. The office expects payment upfront which is not always easy to do so some times we cant do everything right away, maybe she should think before talking to people the way she did me. As much as I liked Dr. Wolf that office is way more expensive than others in the Williamsburg area, I will have to go eles where next time.
