Experience 10/21/2011

My visit went well, as usual. The setting is lovely and the personnel are equally friendly and knowledgeable. However, the fees are extremely high for any work above and beyond regular cleanings. Insurance companies do not pay but a fraction of the costs and those costs seem to be higher at this practice than others in town. The upscale setting does not make the prices more palatable. I intend to look for another practice for my family--one which has more reasonable fees. more

Change the television station on your waiting room TV. Choose something more neutral. The first thing I see when I enter your waiting room is that station. It would be better if it was a neutral station such as CNN or HGTV. Please don't make me change dentist because of your choice of "The News". more

Dr. Hall is a wonderful dentist but I do have a concern. 10/14/2011

I am 55 years old and it took me 20+ years to get up the nerve to see a dentist. Dana and Dr. Hall and all the hygenist have been wonderful at Norge Dental Center. I know Dr.Hall is leaving & when I asked her how to contact her, she told me she couldn't talk about it. I was disappointed. I got the impression she was told she could not talk about it. I am planning to get braces (the 6 month smile), and am hopeful to have it done ASAP so they can be off by 6/16/12. I hope it will all work out. She's a wonderful dentist. more

Patty always does a fantastic job. She shows a genuie concern for my dental health and always gives me advise on how to sustain and improve my oral health. Of particuliar note, she always explains any new procedures she might be doing or procedures that might help me in the future. Patty is "the best". more

Freshest way to end the day! 10/13/2011

Had my teeth this week. not an experience I usually look forward to but this was about as pleasant experience as one could hope for. My hygeniest was wonderful. Wish I could remember her name. She explained what she would be doing and the purpose for each step. Furthermore, she was gentle, professional, and (I suspect) smiling behind that mask throughout the procedure. Potential problems were called to my attention, but no pressure was applied to immediately sign on for future work. In addition, when I checked out, the front desk staff were extremely helpful in explaining both possible schedules to have work done and their costs. more

Disappointed 10/9/2011

Hi, I recently visited your office for a 6 month cleaning and was HIGHLY disappointed. The ladies at the front desk, Dana I think was her name, wasn't very friendly. Didn't even crack a smile. Everyone else was VERY pleasant! and Dr. Wolfe was great. However, my teeth didn't really feel clean when I left. Typically when I go to the dentist I leave with my teeth feeling clean and refreshed....this time, I didn't. My teeth felt just the same. That is not ideal. I think you guys need to slow down a little and make sure you're doing your job right rather than rushing through it because you're overbooked. Thanks. more

from the time we stepped inside the door at norge dentistry we were treated as if we were VIP'S. everyone was so nice. jackie , made impressions for a new set of denture.i have a very bad gag reflex. dr ralph sat and talked to me about how to breath through my nose. jackie was very fast. i was amazed that i did not gag one time. i will always go to dr ralph and the family at norge dental. very nice experience. more

Everyone including Jen, Tammy, Brittany, Kristy Lynn, and Dr. Buckwalter were wonderful. Tammy found a cavity that easily could've been missed. The team fixed two cavities & a filling the same morning as my check up. I'm thankful for their kind, efficient, and thorough dental care. more

office visit 10/7/2011

I stopped by to make an appointment for cleaning and see if someone could take a look at a place on my gum..to my surprise they asked me if I would like to go ahead and do my cleaning today..WOW..never have i been to any type of medical or dental office where this has ever been offered..I love this office, my dentist and the staff..they always make you feel at home and do everything to make you comfortable..I love the whole atmosphere..everything is always up to date in reference to dental procedures..there is nothing rushed and yet it's done quickly..I actually don't mind going to the dentist now..I recommend this office to everyone. more
