Had my teeth this week. not an experience I usually look forward to but this was about as pleasant experience as one could hope for. My hygeniest was wonderful. Wish I could remember her name. She explained what she would be doing and the purpose for each step. Furthermore, she was gentle, professional, and (I suspect) smiling behind that mask throughout the procedure. Potential problems were called to my attention, but no pressure was applied to immediately sign on for future work. In addition, when I checked out, the front desk staff were extremely helpful in explaining both possible schedules to have work done and their costs.
