We purchased our home two years ago in a remote location, that only had AT&T services available with no internet access. About 1 year ago we heard about Norcast and thought lets give them a try. Our service has been outstanding, no interruptions, no down signal. We would highly recommend NORCAST more

We have been using a lot of Norcast's services, phone, long distance, fax lines, 800 #s, remote call forwarding, DSL and email for many years. Norcast has saved us a lot over the years compared to the utility's charges and complex billing. No complaints. We are probably on their 3rd email service but that might be growth related. Tech support is excellent. Udating hardware can be iffy and seldom is performed as promised...my only complaint... minus 1 star! But I always recommend Norcast. more

I recently became The Office Manager for M. Boyajian and this past week i had to call Norcast due to slow internet service. I was extremely impressed with the customer service that was provided to me by Norcast. Friendly and timely to say the least. Good job guys. more

Hello, During the past several years the service and support has been excellent, from the phone being answered, to the technician on site. The times we have needed someone, which have been few, have ranged from line trouble out on the street to power outages and have always been cleared as quickly as possible. The SOFTEC presentation on voicemail hacking was fun too. And yes, I changed the password. Thanks, Mike Casey more

Norcast is a great company to work with. Their customer service is the best; prompt & efficient. Their expertise and knowledge far outweighs any other company I'm aware of. I like dealing with a local business - supporting our area and keeping our money local. We also have saved a ton of money with them since we switched from Verizon to Norcast. I highly recommend them. more

I have been using Norcast services for about four years, since I opened my business. Everyone at Norcast has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Any system problems that have come up have been resolved quickly. The staff has been responsive to my needs and all have been a pleasure to work with! I recommend Norcast without reservation. more

The transfer to Norcast went without any major glitches, the one hickup was due to our on line security system. However once that was taken care of everything is running as it should and smoothly. I am very pleased with the service I am receiving. I should have signed up so much sooner and saved myself and the aggrevation and headaches. more

When it comes to reliability and customer service, there's really nobody like Norcast here. Previously, we used AT&T business service U-verse, but even then we constantly had issues with the quality of our internet, and waiting for someone to respond to our service calls was always a pain. With Norcast, when we had a problem with connection (only once, and it wasn't their fault), Robert was at our house within minutes: rain, hail, and high winds that descended on the county that day notwithstanding. He stayed after hours and got the job done. We appreciate Norcast's attention to detail, as well as professionalism and friendliness of everyone who works there. Norcast, you're wonderful! more

Our service experience was managed and performed perfectly. Frank scheduled the service call as requested. The service tech was on site promptly as scheduled, reviewed the project with me and performed as expected. The service tech also coordinated his work very effectively with our IT computer network person for running network cables. THANK YOU Norcast. more

Using Norcast has been the best decision our company has made. From day one they have gone above and beyond "good" customer service. We had so much trouble with a couple other providers when we moved to our new location. We almost had no internet or phone for our opening day, but upon calling Norcast at the very last minure, they stepped up provided us with phone and internet and have been there for us ever since! more
