We have been using a lot of Norcast's services, phone, long distance, fax lines, 800 #s, remote call forwarding, DSL and email for many years. Norcast has saved us a lot over the years compared to the utility's charges and complex billing. No complaints. We are probably on their 3rd email service but that might be growth related. Tech support is excellent. Udating hardware can be iffy and seldom is performed as promised...my only complaint... minus 1 star! But I always recommend Norcast.
