The Blue Norcast staff is amazing, they actually care about the service they provide, and usually they even know about a problem before I do (which is pretty impressive, since I really pay attention!). I have a T1 to a remote location in Templeton for my home office. Being so far out, it's not too uncommon for AT&T to have issues with the physical infrastructure, but Norcast is always on top of it making sure that AT&T is getting the job done, without me having to babysit the process.
