I phoned the store looking for a Whirlpool thermal cutoff to repair a dryer. The gentleman who answer the phone asked me for the part number and, within a few moment, confirmed that he had it in stock. I arrived at the store to find that the owner/clerk had the part waiting for me (I never confirmed that I would be there). I promptly paid and left the store within a few minutes. The man who waited on me was very nice and will indeed get my business in the future. more

I needed a new washer today; not next week , which is what Sears & Best Buy both told me. I called Nollau; went in after work & came home with my new washer (I was able to pick it up myself). Plus they saved me $100 over the machine I had researched online. I was very, very pleased! So, if you need a new large appliance, go visit Nollau in beautiful downtown Fenton! more
