Review content:
I phoned the store looking for a Whirlpool thermal cutoff to repair a dryer. The gentleman who answer the phone asked me for the part number and, within a few moment, confirmed that he had it in stock. I arrived at the store to find that the owner/clerk had the part waiting for me (I never confirmed that I would be there). I promptly paid and left the store within a few minutes. The man who waited on me was very nice and will indeed get my business in the future.
