Food and atmosphere are always amazingly consistent. I have been eating here for alomst 4 years now (Note: The Vinings and Brookhaven locations don't compare to this location in terms of atmosphere). Pricey, so I only go on special occasions. more

I ate here the other night, and it's been a while since I've been to Noche, the quality of the food and service have definitely gone down a little bit. It used to be a great place to grab a bite to eat with friends, but it's more of a bar scene now. more

Horrible. 4/15/2011

Tonight was a memorable experience. That is- remember not to go there again. Had to return our margarita drinks twice and finally gave up on it. They tasted awful. Even the manager agreed. The food was tasteless. Not worth a second chance. more

The tapas here were amazing. I especially liked the lobster tail...who knew it could be this cheap and good? Noche is very fancy and perfect for a date. The waiters were very polite and made sure I never wanted for anything. more

Planted at the intersection of Virginia Ave. and N. Highland Ave., Noche is a richly colorful, upbeat tapas bar. A gussied up singles crowd can be found flirting, margarita-in-hand at the thin bar area up front, or sharing some small plates of Latin-infused, Americanized tapas in the dining room further back. It's a place to see and be seen, so get dolled up and be prepared to shuffle around elbow-to-elbow while waiting on your table- which seems to be the point, doesn't it? Worst meal of all time 6/29/2009

$10 monday meal is far and away the worst meal I've ever approached. Compatriots' reviews were varied but consistent: ""This is McDonald's quality food without the taste."" Diner 1: ""They are clearly using leftovers from the weekend. Diner 2: I'm certain that the leftovers' came from the waiters' personal themselves."" For god's sake, we were served Penne pasta with texas chili. Really, that's what spanish tapas are about? What's surprising is that this course was actually more authentic than the first course which was weak-old iceberg with a dash of some gelatinous foul dressing. The tragic food somehow exceeded the service which was plagued with indifference, apathy, and self-hatred. The only logical explanation for the waiters' detached dreariness is that they are forced to sample the food which they serve. The dinner was an abomination of every sort. I'm embarrassed to have darkened the door of this establishment with zero self-respect. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Noche, where you constantly wonder if you're on candid camera. Amazing Dining Experience 4/9/2009

Noche has become one of my top favorites and has converted me into a true Tapas fan. The tapas are generous, incredible, yet affordable. The $8.00 marinated skirt steak tapas plate is affordable, plentiful, and to die for. The mini lamb gyros will melt in your mouth. The $9 lobster tail tapas plate was also amazing...yes $9 for lobster tail! The ambiance is very cool Virginia-Highlands style with hardwood floors and an artsy vibe. Our waiter Michael was simply amazing. He was there at every turn to pour wine for us and make excellent suggestions. I love that they offer $12-$14 glasses of wine for $7.00 on special. after a day of skydiving I had all intentions of visiting Highland Tap but was extremely pleased to dine at NOCHE.The waiter was very gracious and patient.The food was so awesome my girlfriend and I made a return trip and was so pleased at a obvious desire to duplicate each experience...which i must add again as awesome.Thank you for great food .I am in the service industry and YOU guys(NOCHE) should not pay attention to so many spoiled pretentious jerks who never have anything good to say.I will continue to spend my 80 bucks with u every time i can.Thank u Pros: great food at a great price Cons: not enough stomach space more

Monday $10 all-you-can-eat tapas is a great deal. They cook up something special 9/29/2008

I have to say that this was a great surprise. We had no problem getting seated, which is unusual. The food was great and with a few brews, we were out of there with full tummies, great conversationas, and a check that was less than $40. Ask about their group discount card, it gives you another 10% off!!! more

Service is great in the restaurant though the bartenders are a bunch of idiots. Be it from alcohol or stupidity, you will not receive good service at the bar. Food is mediocre but quick. Pros: Slow incompetent bartenders. Three bartenders for a bar that seats twenty. That says something. Cons: Good servers. more

Hostess 7/19/2008

I've read lots of reviews, and noticed that the ongoing theme is an xtremely rude hostess. I've been coming regularly for the past year (all you can eat Mondays for $10!) and haven't experienced any rudeness at all in recent months. There WAS a really rude hostess before who gave us an attitude all the time, but the new one (younger girl) always treats us well. She remembers us every time we come in and gives us the table we want. I probably committed a ""sin"" myself when asking for an outside table and changing to inside - we had a party of 6 or 7! I was reading the reviews and saw the reviews about the rude hostess. And, I thought I would coment as well. My daughter and I were there on mother's Day. And, the hostess seemed really annoyed and rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But, I met a group of my girlfriends there another time & it was the same attitude. And, you are exactly right, why put up with that? There are too many good restaurants in Atlanta to go to. And, it is too bad, because the food is good @ Noche too. Best Tapas in the Highlands 2/25/2008

This is one my favorite places in Atlanta. The calamari comes with a flavorful garlic aioli sauce, the pulled pork is just like south ga bbq with a twist, the cheese plate is great for picky eaters (3 cheeses, apples, breadsticks, and dates), and the queso fundido is better than your average white cheese dip. The monday night AYCE has a different menu so don't come expecting to get your favorites for $10. Wednesday night there are $3 house wines and sangria. So I would imagine the food has to be good here or someone would have already had the hostess fired or taken it upon them self?s and put that bizzatch in her place. I'm from Clayton County and this doesn?t fly were im from. I?m planning going here next month. If I catch lip from some hostess who makes 6 bucks an hour, im pulling out the pimp h0 glove! more
