Great selection and staff 2/20/2012

I've been going to Nick's for about 5 years for parts/advice for my 87 1100 sportster. She was a bit bastardized before I got her she's taught me more than I wanted to learn about motorcycle mechanics. The team at Nick's is always happy to help, the parts guys always find what I need and the mechanics are always happy to give advice when they're up front. I live about 90 minutes north of their shop but it's always worth the trip :) more

The best Harley place ever 8/12/2011

Nick's is the best Harley place for parts, service, advice, custom fabrication, handicapped customization, or just a great place to ride to. The antiques show room is awesome. Coming up on 50 years in the business Nick has seen a lot. Over one million parts in stock. Huge discounts on new engines, exhaust-air filter-fuel pak packages. Free tire mounting, ask for details. People come from all over the world. more

Don't expect any deals 7/24/2009

I went in there looking for a set of take-off shocks for a Road King. The going rate for them on eBay is $60-80. I was hoping to support a local place and avoid eBay though. They had a HUGE pile of these shocks there and when I asked how much, he tells me $175!!! Then I was told that the reason those shocks are so much is that the particular one's I was holding came off a very low mileage bike. What a bunch of BS! I brought the shocks to the counter out of a huge mountain of shocks with the same part number (and no serial number) meaning there was no way for him to know what bike those came off of or how many miles were on them. My guess is that they take advantage of a lot of people who don't know what the parts are actually worth, the same people who are used to getting bent over by the Harley dealer. Look for your parts elsewhere! Pros: Lot's of selection Cons: Ridiculous prices more
