I went in there looking for a set of take-off shocks for a Road King. The going rate for them on eBay is $60-80. I was hoping to support a local place and avoid eBay though. They had a HUGE pile of these shocks there and when I asked how much, he tells me $175!!! Then I was told that the reason those shocks are so much is that the particular one's I was holding came off a very low mileage bike. What a bunch of BS! I brought the shocks to the counter out of a huge mountain of shocks with the same part number (and no serial number) meaning there was no way for him to know what bike those came off of or how many miles were on them. My guess is that they take advantage of a lot of people who don't know what the parts are actually worth, the same people who are used to getting bent over by the Harley dealer. Look for your parts elsewhere! Pros: Lot's of selection Cons: Ridiculous prices
