This dealer has one of the most impressive repair facilities I've seen, the mechanics are in fact master tench's and they do take pride in there work, Ive purchased 2 new BMW's from this dealership, the drive is an hour and 1/2 for me when I need service, I can always get a Saturday appointment, the same mechanic works on both cars almost every time I have never had an issue with the service facility, every service has been done correctly, efficiently and with out any grease anywhere on the interior, If some one rates this dealer badly its because they probably have not taken care of there car and ended up with a huge repair bill, come on people these cars are high line cars they aren't Volkswagen's, when you purchased the vehicle you committed yourself to a large repair bill if you neglect your vehicle. BMW has a strong commitment to there vehicles for reliability and for maintenance.If you have an older BMW purchase a service agreement trust me they pay for themselves in the first visit like for brakes or other stuff. I am a firm believer in maintenance and BMW fits my bill with there program for maintenance. So If you've had a bad experience at any dealer its probably neglect on your part, I can see no reason why anyone would rate this repair shop badly, Nick Alexander is committed to customer satisfaction and i mean complete satisfaction, if anyone had a problem one conversation with him would straighten out any possible problem.
