My service advisor was Jeff, he took the time to explain everything that my warranty covered, he went detail by detail to make me feel like if I was talking to my friend about my car. His service was one of a kind. I couldn't believe that he went the distance to recommend services that were not even part of the schedule maintenance. His attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through, and excellence in individualized my care for my vehicle is unlike any service advisor I have ever interacted with. The rest of the staff was also amazing. As soon as I went in to the waiting area they welcome you "good morning", and even ask you if you care for premium coffee. I never in my life had any type of service like Nick Alexander BMW has provided. Jeff and the rest of the staff took ownership and show that they truly care for one not only as a customer but as a friend. I recommend everyone that owns a BMW to get your service here, you will be blown away at the experience they provide, none other out-there will match what Jeff and Nick Alexander has done for me today and if you don't own a BMW then you have more of a reason to drop by check out their deals and hopefully you can become part of this family. more

I went to get my 135i serviced today and I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. Elan was my Service Advisor and he did an excellent job of getting me into a rental, informing me on the status of the repairs throughout the day, and having the vehicle ready on time. Elan even got the vehicle completely detailed for me and it looks absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend both Nick Alexander Imports and Elan as a Service Advisor for anyone who needs any maintenance on their BMW. more

The general sales manager and the wonderful gentleman in the finance department were helpful and willing do work with us. (I'm sorry I can't remember all the names!) We did end up adding the extended service plan, so we have the flat bed pickup and loaner car drop off for 100,000 miles. Totally awesome. After we dealt with all the financial issues, Alicia even helped us to sync our iPhones to the awesome integrated blue tooth system. Oh yeah. Integrated blue tooth through the sound system? Totally nifty-keen. We drove off with huge smiles on our faces. Totally awesome car buying experience. Thanks Alicia and team!! more

Alicia Garcia, Internet manager at Nick Alexander Mini is the best auto salesperson I've known in 66 years. She outbid other dealers and was the only dealer who was able to get the car I wanted. She handled all transactions by email and courier. I did not even have to visit the dealer to buy the car. Her responsiveness to questions by email was distinguished. She personally delivered the car to my home in Northridge from downtown Los Angeles. The car will be picked up and returned by flatback truck to my home each year for 3 years for free maintenance. This dealer has one of the most impressive repair facilities I've seen, the mechanics are in fact master tench's and they do take pride in there work, Ive purchased 2 new BMW's from this dealership, the drive is an hour and 1/2 for me when I need service, I can always get a Saturday appointment, the same mechanic works on both cars almost every time I have never had an issue with the service facility, every service has been done correctly, efficiently and with out any grease anywhere on the interior, If some one rates this dealer badly its because they probably have not taken care of there car and ended up with a huge repair bill, come on people these cars are high line cars they aren't Volkswagen's, when you purchased the vehicle you committed yourself to a large repair bill if you neglect your vehicle. BMW has a strong commitment to there vehicles for reliability and for maintenance.If you have an older BMW purchase a service agreement trust me they pay for themselves in the first visit like for brakes or other stuff. I am a firm believer in maintenance and BMW fits my bill with there program for maintenance. So If you've had a bad experience at any dealer its probably neglect on your part, I can see no reason why anyone would rate this repair shop badly, Nick Alexander is committed to customer satisfaction and i mean complete satisfaction, if anyone had a problem one conversation with him would straighten out any possible problem. - Greg. more
