Niccoli Brothers Discount Oil

My oil burner was not firing up properly. It would click and try repeatedly before actually firing up. I called Niccoli Oil & Energy to come and diagnose the problem and fix it. They did not come that day and I called a second time to be sure they were going to come. When the service man showed up it was his last stop of the day at around 6:15 PM. on his way home, which was close by to my house.\r \r He spent almost no time diagnosing the problem and "cleaned the carbon from the end cone and replaced nozzle" according to the invoice. He was at my house for no more than 10 minutes.\r \r Later that evening I could hear the same noise I had heard before, the oil burner struggling to start up.\r \r I waited a day to see if it passed and called Niccoli Oil & Energy. I got a very nice lady to tell me all the service people were on the phone and unavailable. Paid cash in person at their office and 10 days later they charged my debit card.thank goodness I saved my receipt when I paid cash.wouldn't be writing this review but its the 2nd time it has happened more

Horrible communication! Service appointment not scheduled and no attempt to make up for it. (had to go without heat and hot water overnight) Different time: A two day furnace relocation took over 4 days because of poor scheduling, poor communication and poor choice of subcontractor. with little consideration for my time and little compensation for the inconvience. I've spent many hard earned dollars with this company in the past between oil deliveries and burner service and was willing to forgive and forget some of the issues, but in the end, felt like I was taken advantage of, just another number. From now on, I'll go elsewhere, thank you very much. more

Niccoli Oil is a great company. I had a burner problem on Christmas Eve. The Niccoli serviceman was polite and fixed our problem quickly. They saved our Holiday!.Their oil prices are always low. I would recommend Niccoli to everyone. more

They think because they save credit card information in their computer that they have the right to charge it when they see fit. WRONG this is blatent abuse of the customer.\r watch out for these guys- they might seem all nice and shiny on the outside, but they are truly crooks. more

Niccoli Bros. has great service all around. We have been with them approx.10 yrs, since they bailed us out of a big oil burner problem. They have been honest, reliable and professional. The repairmen they send out are very qualified and courteous. We rated them very good rather than world class because their prices are fair, not as cheap as we'd like, but you get what you pay for. this is a very good oil company, their prices are fair, they do direct delivery. the also fix anything that has to do with your heating systems..They have what they call "sudden service" which means you call they are there...Nice office personal and Mr. Niccoli as I call him is about 80 yrs old and still opens every morning at 5:30 AM more
