Horrible communication! Service appointment not scheduled and no attempt to make up for it. (had to go without heat and hot water overnight)
Different time:
A two day furnace relocation took over 4 days because of poor scheduling, poor communication and poor choice of subcontractor. with little consideration for my time and little compensation for the inconvience.
I've spent many hard earned dollars with this company in the past between oil deliveries and burner service and was willing to forgive and forget some of the issues, but in the end, felt like I was taken advantage of, just another number.
From now on, I'll go elsewhere, thank you very much.
