Great, friendly, quick service 1/9/2016

I love the quick friendly service there. I only wish that when my daughter needed to see the doctor that she could see the one she started with, Dr.Mortimer. She always sees practioners, but I do feel the most comfortable with the Dr. more

Great Service 12/13/2015

All employees were very kind and friendly. I brought my daughter during walk-in hours which made it very convenient with her being in school. I did not have to wait long for her to be seen. I was pleased her treatment as well. more

Would Not Go Anywhere Else 12/11/2015

I have 3 children & my oldest son will 11yo. Dr. Mortimer has been a solid rock for my children and I. Throughout changes in the practice over the years Dr. Mortimer has not wavered. I can always count on Dr. Mortimer throughout my trials as a parent with 3 children to do exactly what needs done. The staff is always kind, efficient, & knowledgeable! The Care at NGP is Priceless! more

Excellent, knowledgeable group 12/10/2015

My son is severely handicapped and has been going to Next Generation Pediatrics for 15 years. Dr. Mortimer is wonderful and is my son's primary care physician. I've gone through four specialists elsewhere and Dr. Mortimer has been ten steps above them all. Their office is top shelf and the doctors and staff have been so friendly and knowledgeable. My son is thriving thanks to Next Generation Pediatrics. more

I have reached my level of patience with the office staff at Next Generations.Every time myself,my husband,or my mother has to interact with the office staff they are extremely rude,impolite,and unaccommodating.In addition,we are usually placed on hold for eight minutes or longer each time we call.Well today I received a bill for $65 for the removal of my son's ear wax because he is having issues with his ears.. which he is getting tubes for. Anyways the code was submitted differently than usual to the insurance company and because I questioned this charge the office manager was rude and implied that since I was questioning the charge that I did not want what was best for my son.Saying the following statement to me ""Isn't your son's health worth $65."" I was appalled! Of course my son's health is worth $65 and so much more.The office manager then proceeded to hang up on me.I have been a patient for eight years but I will be following the old staff to Quick Care because that's where all the polite staff members went to when a fantastic doctor named Dr. Gerlach and Dr. Sean left the practice. more

Great experience! 4/21/2015

I've been with Next Generation for about 13 years. I have moved about an hour away and still make the trip to use this office because I really appreciate their service. This past time, I had 3 kids that needed physicals and they fit them all in exactly when I needed, made them extremely comfortable while they were there and put me at peace of mind! I appreciate the entire staff there! more

I have two under 2... so needless to say, I am there a lot for wellness visits and I have a lot of questions. Everyone I deal with, from the reception to the nurses and the Doctor's are all very kind, caring and patient. The service is always fast and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Patient-centered care 4/9/2015

We started bringing our child with special needs to Next Generation after leaving a different pediatric office. Because her care needed to be specialized for her to reach her potential, we needed to look for a different group of physicians. At our first visit, we were asked how they(the doctors) could help US. We thought that was exactly what we needed to hear to make our decision. We left feeling heard and respected. We love that they consider her special needs in every decision and medication. We love calling and getting an actual person rather than a recording. And with all of the equipment we need for her, we don't have to anything but call and make the request and they submit the rest for us. Thank you Next Generation for serving our daughter SO well!! more

Very pleased 12/5/2014

I am very happy with NGP. I take both of my children there and have no complaints. When my 2nd child was born in March of 2014, we had some trouble nursing and Dr. Mortimer was so supportive and encouraging. I was ready to give up but thanks to him, I kept at it and we are still going strong 8 months later. I can't thank him enough. more

They are great. They are attentive and willing to listen to me. I have 4 kids, 3 of them boys who are active and always on the go. Having this office to go to for all of my questions and concerns has been amazing. more

Incredible staff! 11/21/2014

Every one of the staff members are helpful, informative, and make the experience based around the child having giggles (all while informing the parents of what's occurring or expected.) They answer any question you could have and offer a quick in and out service. Thank you! more

Excellent and Outstanding Service!! 6/19/2014

My children have been seeing Dr Mortimer and his staff for the past 11 years. We moved to the $@!#% Falls area, but I am happy to travel for the piece of mind and the trust they offer. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. He is an excellent doctor and a very nice man. His staff are friendly and have always gone out of their way to make things as smooth as possible with our medical needs. I have only great things to say about Next Generation Pediatrics and I would recommend them to everyone!! more
