I absolutely recommend Next Generation Pediatrics every chance I get. They are so good with the kids, which really stands out for me. On top of great kid service, they have great customer service. They don't rush thru, and they don't rush you. So many times it's about numbers and getting everyone in and out. Not here. They take the time to listen to concerns and make sure everything is understood before proceeding. more

Thorough and caring 7/20/2016

My most recent visit to Next Generation Pediatrics was for a 18-month-old check up for my infant and everything was perfect. We mostly see the physician's assistant, Shelley, and she is wonderful. They're very caring and thorough with their evaluations and care and I love that they have a sick area and a well area for patients in their waiting room. I'm very satisfied with Next Generation Pediatrics and am looking forward to the future. more

Perfect Pediatrics 6/28/2016

Next Generation Pediatrics was attentive to me and my children. Whenever I call, the nurses answer my calls promptly. I never have to wait from them. I would definitely recommend them. They have fantastic care for all three of my children. They are just fantastic. They are attentive and take the time. physicians and TA as attentive to me and my children. It's always been a great experience at Next Generation Pediatrics 5/19/2016

Next Generation Pediatrics takes care of my two boys, one is three and the other is six-months-old, and the pediatricians are very helpful and always a joy to deal with. They answer all of my questions, inform me on my boys' conditions and what I can do to make them feel better. The office staff is super friendly and it's a nice environment to take your children to. They help put my mind at ease and you can tell they care about every single patient that walks through their door. more

My children are thriving thanks to Next Generation Pediatrics! 5/6/2016

I am a mother of three and my oldest son is 17, so we've been seeing Next Generation Pediatrics the entire time and they're fantastic. My son has asthma so we're here on a regular basis and they give him breathing treatments, inhalers, and meds and makes sure his condition is under control. My daughter has cyclic vomiting syndrome and whenever she has problems, they give her dehydrating medications that make her feel better. I'm a nurse myself, so I'm VERY picky where I take my children and I've found that the staff at Next Generation Pediatrics actually listen and if there's ever a problem, we work things out together, and that's very important to me. The entire staff is caring, attentive, and has good bedside manners. They listen to all of my concerns and have helped me and my children out tremendously, I highly recommend them to any parents looking for an amazing physician. We see Kimberly Backman and she's wonderful. more

They will take great care of your children 4/27/2016

I have two sons who go to Next Generation Pediatrics, one is seven-years-old and the other is a five-month-old and the doctors there are amazing! My older son has asthma and they've helped us every step of the way. The doctors are caring, helpful and it's been a great experience. I highly recommend Next Generation Pediatrics because they care about every single one of their patients. more

Kim is the best and we love coming to Next Generation Pediatrics! 4/21/2016

My experience at Next Generation Pediatrics has always been great. My two children come here and Kim is one of the best doctors we've ever had. She is truly amazing and always takes great care of my children. My daughter has been here several times for pneumonia and other illnesses and Kim has been a lifesaver. The entire staff really cares about your children and it's a wonderful environment for both parents and kids. more

Absolutely recommend Next Generation Pediatrics!! 3/1/2016

Both of my kids have been seen at Next Generation Pediatrics since birth. My son is 8 and my daughter is 3. I honestly can't say one bad thing about this place! The entire staff is helpful, caring and friendly. For the past several months we have been seen by Dr. Shelly Suski for all our normal checkups and wellness visits. My kids and I just absolutely love her! She truly cares about our kids as much as we do and goes above and beyond to make sure they are at their 100%. If you want a truly knowledgeable and personable pediatrician, any one of their great doctors will fit that role. I highly recommend Next Generation Pediatrics!! more

Dr. Mortimer saved my son's life. The have always done an excellent job. 2/26/2016

Dr. Mortimer from Next Generation Pediatrics saved my son's life. When my son was 3 months old, we took our son Trevor, to the Butler hospital and the hospital misdiagnosed our son and in 12 hours, Dr. Mortimer was able to fit our son in and diagnosed him and he sent him down to Pittsburgh to be taken care of with the highest support from the university because he had pneumonia. We love, LOVE, Dr. Mortimer. We've had him since our daughter was born and that is almost 13 years ago. So, that's the main doctor. He's had a lot of partners in and out but we won't switch and if there is a problem, my husband and I call him and he takes care of it. He is very active in his partnership and tries to satisfy his clients and his patients. My son has an aneurysm and the office has taken care of him amazingly. So, I can't tell you that they haven't all done an excellent job. more

We like them so much. Caring service and our doctor is such a good physician. 2/25/2016

I take both my kids to Next Generation Pediatrics even though they are about one hour away from where we live. Our doctor, we have had for a long time, first with our first born and then with our second and he has always been excellent. We like them so much, they have a very caring service and we like our doctor personally. He is just such a good physician. more

Caring and knowledgeable physicians 2/23/2016

My son has been going to Next Generation Pediatrics since he was born and I really like the people who work there. They're good about fitting us in when we need last minute or emergency appointments and they've recently expanded their day and night time hours which is convenient for working parents. My son recently went in for a bronchial infection and they saw us quickly and prescribed some antibiotics for him. We see different doctors depending on who is available and they've all been very caring, friendly and accommodating. I'm satisfied with everything that they provide. more

A comfortable atmosphere with excellent staff 2/17/2016

I have my one and only little miss Winter and she's been visiting Dr. Mortimer for six years. Dr. Mortimer goes above and beyond while you're in his care. As a new mother, I had a ton of questions and he's always been good about making sure I've been comfortable and had the explanations that I needed. I love Next Generation Pediatrics because they don't pressure you and they won't automatically fill a prescription without giving you options, which makes me feel comfortable. They cater to each individual patient's needs and put my mind at ease. Everyone at Next Generation Pediatrics is wonderful. The assistant's and receptionists help you every step of the way and they make it a really comfortable environment for everyone. Going to the doctor's is never fun but the experience here is always nice. more
