good product and great service 6/3/2008

Went in and explained that I was looking for a safe to suit my needs. Owner Rob patiently explained the different models and pluses and minuses of each and compared their worth based on price. He didn't try to sell me the highest priced model. He presented the options and I made my choice. He promptly ordered it. When it came in we scheduled an installation appt. They were there with in half-hour of scheduled time. Finished within 45 minutes. They were very professional and gave great service. I definitely would buy again. more

How do they stay in business? 3/24/2008

Tried to arrange a visit to my residence by a locksmith to upgrade three locks to high security deadbolts. The locksmith, Don, did not show up for an appointment scheduled between 12 and 4PM.\r \r The locksmith, "Don," called to arrange a second appointment between 2 and 4PM. I decided to give them a second chance to increase their revenue and add to their profits. "Don" told me "Ed" would be scheduled for the appointment. Guess what? "Ed" did not show up for the second appointment. No third chance. Don't waste your valuable time with this dysfunctional company. Look elsewhere. more

Incompetent Worker, Confused Manager and an Owner in Denial 2/17/2008

Do you need a locksmith? 9/1/2005

I've had many, many keys duplicated here and they've worked every time. It's a family owned business that carries all kinds of locks, safes, key accessories--if it's related to keys, they probably carry it. Don't forget to say hi to their resident dog. more
