Went in and explained that I was looking for a safe to suit my needs. Owner Rob patiently explained the different models and pluses and minuses of each and compared their worth based on price. He didn't try to sell me the highest priced model. He presented the options and I made my choice. He promptly ordered it. When it came in we scheduled an installation appt. They were there with in half-hour of scheduled time. Finished within 45 minutes. They were very professional and gave great service. I definitely would buy again.
