Tried to arrange a visit to my residence by a locksmith to upgrade three locks to high security deadbolts. The locksmith, Don, did not show up for an appointment scheduled between 12 and 4PM.\r

The locksmith, "Don," called to arrange a second appointment between 2 and 4PM. I decided to give them a second chance to increase their revenue and add to their profits. "Don" told me "Ed" would be scheduled for the appointment. Guess what? "Ed" did not show up for the second appointment. No third chance. Don't waste your valuable time with this dysfunctional company. Look elsewhere.
