New York Style Eats

Awful! My sandwich was cold and looked like someone sat on it. When I called to complain, the man on the phone wanted nothing to do with me. I will not be ordering from there again. more

The food arrived a half an hour late so a total of 1.5 hrs and it arrived cold. For something we waited for that long that food was very disappointing. more

Honestly the times I've eaten there the food was good but the place was a little grimy and delivery is always soggy and takes forever even though Im 5 mins away. Last time I ordered online at 11:30 and the food didn?t show up until 1:38. I called three times. The first time they said they got my order and it was on the way. The second time they said they didn?t get it till 12:57 and when I argued and said I had the email from grubhub to prove it he yelled and cursed and when I tried to ask for a refund they hung up on me. The third time the told me no one hung up on me and I flipped out. I told them I wanted my money back and didn?t want the food. He said if I sent the food back I would get a refund. I understand that refunds may take a few days but its been a week and I still havent gotten my refund. more

It was Awful! I ordered a veggie omelet and the eggs were brown/burned. The veggies were just about raw. The potatoes that came with it were very gritty, indicating that they were not cleaned properly....YUK!!! And nothing was seasoned!....AND it was barely warm when it was delivered! Ugh...save your money and don't order from this place! more

very nice the pancakes are the best around and the apple juice taste like they made it before the shipped it to me. more

I ordered spaghetti with chicken and garlic bread, The spaghetti was good but the chicken was under cooked and the garlic bread was so burned it was black, rock hard and inedible, my meal was delivered fast though (in 20minutes ) and the delivery guy was really nice. I have ordered from here a few times and depending on the day it can be great or very poor more

The food is horrible but the worst part about this place is the service. Its a joke how rude the staff is. You are lucky if you get what you ask for. Not what it once was sad. more

In all honesty, I like the food here and am sorry that they have managed to lose my business completely. Their wait service does not speak much English. When you order, they will get it wrong, either in person or over the phone and expect you to just pay whatever extra charges it ends up costing. They have an online system that does not get monitored and if it goes wrong, well it s*&ks to be you. Tonight, they just shrugged off a two hour wait for food, with no apology, and said well we can take your order again and get it to you in about an hour. A three hour wait for a hamburger is not my idea of fast food. Don't eat here. There are a lot of diners in this neighborhood that won't try to rip you off. Pros: Fodd is pretty good Cons: terrible service indifferent mgmt never get your order right more

They are everywhere, the take-out delivery guys wearing New York Eats t-shirts, spanning the neighborhood on bikes or in those compact cars with the triangle plastic cap on the roof. Big portions of everything. Fast service. Everything fresh, the kitchen is right in the dining room, so there's no secrets. Good prices, they know how to feed the neighborhood. Pros: Fast delivery Cons: Menu could use new items more

I love this place, great service, nice friendly workers and the food is excellent. It is definetly worth the trip. Saturday night is my favorite time to eat at this restaurant, since they have free live music. Go have a bite to eat....you will not regret it. Pros: Inexpensive, Ambiance, Great Music more

Eats is a ""sure, why not?"" kind of diner. You'll stuff your face for fairly cheap prices and the food ain't so bad either. It's right on Queens Blvd, across the street from the el (7 line) and doesn't look like it belongs there - an extension in the back and a few couches would do it a lot of good. The service is ok, nothing out of the ordinary, and the eating area has been decorated nicely with murals and such...so sure, why not? more
