Honestly the times I've eaten there the food was good but the place was a little grimy and delivery is always soggy and takes forever even though Im 5 mins away.
Last time I ordered online at 11:30 and the food didn?t show up until 1:38. I called three times. The first time they said they got my order and it was on the way. The second time they said they didn?t get it till 12:57 and when I argued and said I had the email from grubhub to prove it he yelled and cursed and when I tried to ask for a refund they hung up on me. The third time the told me no one hung up on me and I flipped out. I told them I wanted my money back and didn?t want the food. He said if I sent the food back I would get a refund. I understand that refunds may take a few days but its been a week and I still havent gotten my refund.
