In all honesty, I like the food here and am sorry that they have managed to lose my business completely. Their wait service does not speak much English. When you order, they will get it wrong, either in person or over the phone and expect you to just pay whatever extra charges it ends up costing. They have an online system that does not get monitored and if it goes wrong, well it s*&ks to be you. Tonight, they just shrugged off a two hour wait for food, with no apology, and said well we can take your order again and get it to you in about an hour. A three hour wait for a hamburger is not my idea of fast food. Don't eat here. There are a lot of diners in this neighborhood that won't try to rip you off.
Pros: Fodd is pretty good
Cons: terrible service indifferent mgmt never get your order right
