After reading numerous reviews, I was a little skeptical coming here. I already went for three sessions for my underarms and I love it! Ive never had a problem with the staff and I felt that everyone was very friendly and professional. They were very informative, which I love. The only downside is that because they're so affordable there's always a lot of people there, but I would definitely recommend this place to my friends more

I love the price here. Its a shoot or miss when it comes to customer service on the phone though. They be playing some times. Over there, ""hel---lo,"" Please hold. I didn't even finished my hello yet. Its a clean facility, a bit far, actually a whole lot far, but the price is right and you really can not find anywhere else that does it for this cheap. I advise you to wait for specials. If you have any questions to ask me message away. The service is great and you will see results after the second session. I have bad razor burn, and it really has helped my legs. I am about 50% confident now. I have about 3-4 more sessions. I will keep you guys updated on my results. For the mean time I highly recommend this spot. Its pretty hard to get an appointment, so get it while you can. more

I hate to shave more

I purchased a 5-package deal for the underarms for a great price. So far, after 3 treatments, the underarm hairs are sparse. I can still find some if i look closely, but they have definitely thinned out quite a bit. I will re-update this review after I complete my 5 sessions. more

Very pleased with the service,i suggest you pre pay your laser treatments so you get 1 for free so basically pay for 4 and get one for free,i also suggest get the 20% lidocaine cream,yes it seems small for $10 a tiny jar but trust me that jar will last you a good 6 months,you barley feel a thing,if your new to getting lasered make sure to shave the area prior to lasering except the face and stop taking any vitamins that contain iron a week prior to getting lasered in order to prevent hyperpigmentation for some skin types ,its not as painful as it sounds especially with the numbing cream they offer,get there 1 hr prior so you can have enough time to put the numbing cream on and be ready to get lasered,everyone complains about the girls additudes BLAH,BLAH,BLAH,their just extremely busy answering calls,booking appointment's,doing paperwork so please be patient,the nurses are really nice my favorite one is Tanya,shes so sweet,im glad i found new look skin center,great prices,nice people,trained nurses,complementary coffee,the center looks like a high class Beverly hills office for a quarter of the price they offer for their treatment,JUST REMEMBER TO BE THERE NEAR YOUR APPOIMENT TIME,THEY ARE VERY STRICT ON THEIR APPOIMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY THEY CANT BE KEPT WAITING!!! more

Ask for Samantha. She even handles my freak-outs calmly when my legs decide to react differently to the laser. I've had to pause for financial reasons, but I'll be going back as soon as I can - not shaving is beyond a blessing, and this is pretty painless - especially compared to waxing.Make sure you come early so you can hunt for parking. I tend to get lucky, but I'm pretty sure I wont eventually and they do not take kindly to people being even slightly late. more

About 3 years ago I entered a contract for $1500 for 6 treatments at this fancy laser place in Beverly Hills, paid upfront and then totally chickened out the next day. Pretty dumb of me, but some people are hired just to sell you their services and then find gullible gooses like me so I waited until I remembered that my friend is a laser fanatic. I went to the Glendale office first with my girlfriend to get her treatment done and waited for her and can assure you the place was booked solid and they have at least two girls working behind the counter, so I have idea what the earlier posting refers to. My girlfriend has been a devoted customer for a few years and she loves being hairless, which I think is a good thing for some. She has tried several places and she drives from another town to get her treatments done here, every few months. Won't go in further detail, but my skin on my upper legs has started to thin out due to repeated waxing and my lower legs looked like a prickly pear after year of shaving. My appointment in Encino was pretty pain free, less than waxing, the underarm hurt most but cannot be compared with waxing which is brutal. The lady was nice, didn't make much conversation but my girlfriend said was the best, so I left her do her work. I had a bit of redness after, underarm and bikini, but went away the next day. I made my next appointment and feel great that I finally did it and felt it was safe and very clean. It is very affordable and no one does the gimmicks that we all hate of buying in advance, paying and then not liking it. more

Trust me guys , I tried EVERY laser center for my chest and back, believe me none of them was helpful, one day i saw a TV advertising, my wife said I heard about this place from a frienf of mine, want you try it, and it was BEST offer that my wife gave ne so far( don't tell her). Not only was I able to have laser hair treatment, but i was also able to get a facial and all in the same office!!! The girls in the front were super friendly and my RN was very professional and really took the time to answer my questions...
