we noticed a huge lump on our german sheperds face/jaw area on a saturday morning,called new hope at 11am and they were ready to take care of him even thought they closed at 12.very impressed with the care they took with our pup milo.price is usually never an issue with pets as they are an extended part of our family,with the visit,shaving him to find the issue and his meds come to 104 bucks...extremely impressed with my whole experience,i will definitely be taking all three of my dogs there in the future. oh by the way it was a small snake bite that caused the swelling. more

hi... i've never written a review, but i've recommended Dr. Windram and his team at New Hope Animal Hospital to people for years, and i want everyone to know how great i think they are. i'm pretty picky, and i took my cat to several other vets and didn't feel great about them... once i found Soren Windram and NHAH, I'm never going to another vet again! He remembers me, what i do, and my pet's name, which is way more than other vets have done. he's also very good about telling you what your options are when your pet is sick and being very caring yet easy to understand. he never pushes expensive treatments if he doesn't think your pet needs them, and the whole team at NHAH is amazing. they put me AND my pet to ease. i took my cat to NHAH for years, and Soren was so kind when i had to euthanize my cat and i was a wreck. after my cat died, i swore i'd never have another pet, but then i rescued a dog almost a year later. the whole team there (anne, heather, soren) know my dog's name, comment on how much better she is, and always presents me with all my options so i can make an informed decision. Pros: kind, presents options, knowledgable, professional Cons: none! other than i wish they could be open 24/7! more

I brought my two dogs and a cat here for three years and had nothing but outstanding care. They provide great care for routine check-ups and emergencies. I once had to bring in my dog for emergency care, and Dr. Windram's bedside manner was truly comforting . He took the extra time to explain exactly what was happening medically, what kinds of tests were being done and why, and helped me focus on the positive rather than just despairing. Another time I took in a very sick 5-week-old foster kitten and again they were amazing and went ""above and beyond."" The technicians actually took turns holding the kitten with a hot water balloon all day just to keep it warm! Even now that I've moved, they are helpful with sending records. They truly do outstanding work and care about animals. Pros: Truly caring staff (Ann and Soren go above and beyond) Cons: None more

The greatest group of veterinarians and staff around. They are not out to run up the cost of your vet bill, but they are ALL about quality care for you pets and the owners. They are attentive to owner concerns and really treat each pet like a member of the family. Pros: Quality care, kind and attentive staff Cons: Truthfully, none. more

I met Ann the Vet technician at a animal rescue fair. I told her about the dog I rescued and she was very helpful with what I would need to start the dogs examsand also gave me an approx cost. I brought the dog a few days later and they were through and very efficient and friendly. I plan on bringing my own dogs and cats to the New Hope Animal Hospital. The cost was reasonable. more
