Review content:
hi... i've never written a review, but i've recommended Dr. Windram and his team at New Hope Animal Hospital to people for years, and i want everyone to know how great i think they are. i'm pretty picky, and i took my cat to several other vets and didn't feel great about them... once i found Soren Windram and NHAH, I'm never going to another vet again! He remembers me, what i do, and my pet's name, which is way more than other vets have done. he's also very good about telling you what your options are when your pet is sick and being very caring yet easy to understand. he never pushes expensive treatments if he doesn't think your pet needs them, and the whole team at NHAH is amazing. they put me AND my pet to ease. i took my cat to NHAH for years, and Soren was so kind when i had to euthanize my cat and i was a wreck. after my cat died, i swore i'd never have another pet, but then i rescued a dog almost a year later. the whole team there (anne, heather, soren) know my dog's name, comment on how much better she is, and always presents me with all my options so i can make an informed decision.
Pros: kind, presents options, knowledgable, professional
Cons: none! other than i wish they could be open 24/7!
