i went to neovita a few years back. and it did help my feet. but....700 dollars is way way way way to much money to pay. i believe you can get the same thing for alot less. my wife went there and it hasnt helped her at all. Beware, when or if they tell you you cannot return them if they do not work. dont buy them. you cant return them, you cant get your money back period. if you have tried all other orthotics, and none have worked, then maybe it would be worth it. but they are extremely over priced. thats all i know more

Visited the Neovita store by the Alderwood Mall today. Incredible as it sounds, here is what happened...\r \r I walked in and explained I was looking for some good supportive shoes. I've had plantar fasciitis for a long time and know what to look for ( lots of arch support, strong supportive heel, stiff sole shank). \r \r The man at the store, the only person in the store (small wonder), tells me he has to go over his schpeel first before he can sell me the shoes...after which, I could decide what to purchase. This sounded reasonable, so I let him proceed. \r \r He gives me the whole nine yards including walking on a mat which produces a pressure diagram of one's feet. He explains that I need one set of orthotics that I should wear in the morning for 15 minutes ($300) and another set for the rest of the day ($220), plus the shoes ($120). $640 PLUS TAX.\r \r When I thank him for his time but decline the orthotics, he gets all indignant and claims that by declining them I am insulting his professionalism. When I remind him that all I wanted in the first place was the shoes (Soucany), he says, and I kid you not...\r \r ...""This has been a nightmare"". When I ask him strait up if I can buy JUST the shoes, as he promised I could, he says ""NO! I'M DONE! GOODBYE"".\r \r Needless to say, I didn't let the door hit me in the behind. I will never return to Neovita, nor can I recommend Neovita to my friends...or even my enemies. Pros: None during my visit Cons: It's a Con, apparently. more

Iwalked into the store, and the first thing the manager said to me was that the cost of the product was $300 at least. then he waited more than five minutes before he asked me if I wanted an evaluation. After that he was rude and dismissive. I would not encourage anyone to shop there because despite what I heard on the radio it feels like a scam. Don't go there, they will take your money and gave you useless products especially their Orthosis ( insoles). If you have feet or ankle problem , go to and see poditrist first. I paid over $600 with no benefits and they don't gave you your money back if the orthosis didn't fit you. DoN't GO THERE. Cons: Don't go there more

These guys put you through a really long evaluation before they even give you a price. It will cost up to $900.00 to get set up with them. Mine made my feet worse and they refused to take them back even though I had not used most of the numerous things they sold me. A podatrist is the place to go. There I got my feet fixed and have an insert that cost $50.00. Pros: friendly people Cons: high cost and they will lnot give you a refund even if pain more

I wanted to show my appreciation to Neovita by writing this review. They saved my life! Please let me explain. I was suffering from this agonizing heel pain for what seemed like forever. The best way to describe it is like knives in the bottom of my feet and for some reason it always seemed to be more intense in the morning or after I was sitting for long periods of time. A friend of mine told me they thought I had something called Plantar Fascitis. Plantar what? I just wanted to know how I could get rid of it. That same friend recommended I visit a Neovita store, so I did. I ended up going the store across the street from Alderwood Mall (For those of you new to town that's in Lynnwood). That's wear I met a lovely older woman who fit me with arch supports and shoes. She seemed to be very knowledgeable in her field (I liked that) and after describing my situation she said I was at the right place. I was still skeptical, but considering I was referred by my friend, who coincidentally has almost her entire family wearing them, I didn't really have a choice. I'd tried everything else...custom molded orthotics, over the counter shoe inserts, the list goes on...why not this?\r \r I bought into the system and haven't turned back. It took some time, but I followed her instructions. And thank god I did because my heel pain is gone. I'm now back to going on walks around Green Lake again. Can't believe it! Crazy enough my friend was worse off then me. She also had a bad back. I know...I know I tend to ramble, but if you're truly experiencing anything like I described go to Neovita! I'm told they have multiple stores, so theirs no excuse.\r \r Anyways thank you for listening as you can probably tell I'm a believer. If I can save just one person from going through what I went through then I've done my part. Thanks again Neovita! I hope this helps the cause...\r \r Pros: I love the service! Very knowledgeable staff. High quality shoes. And did I forget to tell you I got my life back? Cons: It took time to adjust to the arch supports, but it was worth it! They could have a bigger selection of shoes. more
