I just noticed they were on here twice...I didn't want my review to go unnoticed as I have visited two of the locations and both were equally great.\r \r With this review, I decided to wait and see results before posting. I could not be MORE ecstatic with my results with treatments at Neos. I have done dysport (basically Botox) as well as laser hair removal. The dysport has been great, its less expensive than the place I used to go to for Botox AND it seems like it lasts about a month longer (the more bang for my buck the better!) and the nurse has been awesome both times I have been there. Yes, I had to wait the second time I went in for about 20 minutes after my appointment time, which was slightly irritating but I looked at it similar to a doctor's appointment and realized that I wouldn't want to be rushed over in my appointment. As for my laser hair removal- I have not one complaint! I have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) that causes me to basically grow a lot more hair than I would like, and after waxing forever without avail, I knew this was my last resort. The staff has been AH-MAZING since the first time I called, when I mentioned my PCOS they knew exactly what I was talking about, seemed very knowledgeable about the disorder and were upfront with me about what I could expect with results due to the condition. They provided me with a ton of info AND a price over the phone (most places make you come in which I don't like...it's like, what is there to hide?!) and didn't try to pressure me into buying right that second. Every time I call or go in, the girls are so sweet, and always remember who I am and never fail to ask how a recent trip I had was or how my husband is doing and always attempt to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. I have just finished my 4th treatment and the reduction I've seen is fantastic...I would HIGHLY recommend Neos to anyone. \r more

I don't write reviews very often, but with Neos I felt compelled to do so... I am so extremely happy with the treatments I have had done at Neos Med Spa. They have been around a super long time and have had the same group of girls working there for long time as well. I love seeing them! They always have smiles on their faces and and are eager to help me reach my goals and results!\r I started out about 6 months ago wanting Laser Hair removal so I called and spoke to Jordan and her partner Houston and they got me all set up at an AWESOME PRICE!!! I am literally wow'd! since i've started there i went through and HCG program as well to lose 40 pounds ..and I LOST IT! After researching several other laser clinics to get my full legs, brazilian and underarms done, I ultimately went with Neos Medspa because of their great prices, helpful staff, and medical grade equipment. Other medspas that had similar equipment were nearly twice as much as Neos, and other clinics with comparable prices were not really medical grade lasers, but light therapy which is not even laser removal at all!!! It's been nearly a year now I've finished my services and none of the hair has grown back, as they promised, and it's improved my quality of life like I would have never imagined. I've recommended Neos to all of my friends and family and they too say it's the best thing they've ever done for themselves. I've since been turned on to other services such as dysport (like it better than botox) and skincare. Thank you, Neos!!! more

My wife purchased a certificate for this ""Med Spa"" which happens to be in the middle of a shopping mall (yuck). When redeeming the certificate, the girls at the counter were bewildered and admitted that both of them were new there. After calling their boss, they simply told us that the certificate must be expired because they had no record of my wife on file. And, that was it. No help in resolving the situation, at all. Between the inexperienced, uncaring staff and the way they took my wife's hard-earned money, I'd recommend going to a real spa and avoiding this awful mall spa. more

I came in to get laser hair removal on my bikini and underarms. Starting with my so nice consultant Cristine she answered all of my questions, and concerns. I was a little leary doing laser = to brazillizn wax. She assured me that i would be fine. Next was my nurse Rachel, she was so sweet, and made me feel so comfortable in this awkward situation. I had me first treatment in November and didnt' see any hair growth until January. I am about to go for my 2nd treatment. I would highly recommend going to Sona for laser hair removal, next I am starting skin treatments. Sona Rocks!!! Pros: Clean, professional environment more

I just wanted to say how professional and pleasant my first visit was on Saturday. CC was just the best. My consultant and CC made me feel very comfortable and eased all my fears about the procedure. I had no adverse reactions to the treatment and I am pleased that I have chosen Sona Med for my hair removal treatments. more

I have searched around for a really clean, safe, professional place to get laser hair removal for 6 months now and finally found the one--Sona! They don't just get you in and out like most places. The staff is really friendly, the place is beautiful and their lasers really work! They explained to me the differences in lasers and laser like machines and the quality dollar-wise. I was extremely impressed. Their consultations are free and they answer all of your questions and are extremely honest. I have even moved on to try their skin treatments and again, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!
